Profile Settings
In the top right-hand corner of the screen you will find the User Profile icon where you can access your profile settings or change your password.
Note:
Users with the appropriate User Access will also be given the option to change Company Information.
My Profile
This setting allows you to change the Name and Display Name linked to your username.
Change Password
This setting allows you to change your password. Passwords must meet the following criteria:
- at least 8 characters long
- contain at least one number
- contain a mixture of upper case and lower case letters
- contain at least one special character: !@#$%^&*[ ]
If you have forgotten your password, you can either request for your password to be reset within the system by the Super User, or select Forgot Password? from the login screen. Once your email address has been entered, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
