We base our pricing on these six key parameters
There are six elements that are taken into account when pricing your Workhorse application.

Number of Users
There is no limit to the number of users you can have on your Workhorse application. We charge a licence fee on a per user basis, and you simply pay for the number of users you have.

Configuration and Functionality
The complete platform is included; pricing reflects the configuration required. We can also add fields and forms to capture information specific to your business and processes.

Reporting Requirements
Workhorse offers customisable stock and order reports, tailored to your needs, with real-time insights and the option for bespoke reporting.

Integrations
Workhorse integrates seamlessly with Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, QuickBooks, Shiptheory, and Pipedrive. Plus, our powerful APIs allow custom integrations tailored to your needs.

PDF documents
Workhorse documents are fully configurable to include the details you need. We can also create custom PDFs for invoices, quotes, or any specific requirements.

Customisation
Workhorse is designed for customisation because no two businesses are alike. Our flexible database and interface enable tailored workflows, removing unnecessary features to deliver a solution built just for you.
Compare Our Pricing
Every implementation is scoped around the business. The examples below show how users, configuration, integrations, reporting and customisation affect the price.

They need batch traceability and some customised availability reports. The PDF documents have some minor configuration changes and there is both an e-commerce and accounting integration.

A Typical Interiors & Design Company

The PDF documents Workhorse generates are custom and there are some complex stock availability reports giving granular visibility of inventory.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, the price you pay is the price we quote you, it will be for everything we've discussed in the sales process. If your requirements change down the line, or your business evolves and there is a change to your application, this may result in an additional cost.
No. Every Workhorse implementation is different. It's configured for the individual business we work with and specific to their requirements and processes. Rather than a generic trial, we start with a discovery call to understand how you work, then show you Workhorse set up around your operation.
We accept direct debit payments via GoCardless, or credit cards via Stripe.
Your Workhorse application is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and benefits from real-time backups. We encrypt all traffic to and from the servers and our tech team are constantly working to improve both the usability and security of Workhorse.
We don't believe in tying customers in to long-term contracts. Once you join us you are on a one subscription month notice period. That means, if you decide to leave Workhorse, you just pay one more invoice and then have no further commitments.
