This is charged at £60+VAT per hour. We find clients typically need 10 hours help, more if you have Bills of Material, or want to load historic data.

Each e-commerce integration costs £300+VAT to configure, plus £30+VAT monthly subscription.


If you need to extend the Workhorse application to meet your specific business needs, this is charged at £60+VAT per hour. And we add 5% of this cost to your monthly subscription for the ongoing maintenance and support. Typically, we estimate 20 hours for this work but this will be confirmed in your proposal.

How much will it cost?

Workhorse applications are built on our bespoke software platform that enables us to configure a system for your business from the ground up, at a price your business can afford. We work hard to understand your business and its processes, offering best practice knowledge and over 20 years’ experience to streamline business operations. Before we look at implementing your Workhorse, we offer a free no-obligation consultation. When we’ve agreed your processes and what Workhorse functionality you need, we configure the business management software application to match your exact needs.  Our standard monthly subscription fees are £395 (+ VAT) Pro Plan. There’s no minimum term contract and there are no hidden costs, so you keep the flexibility to run your business how you want.

Will my data be safe?

Our applications are hosted on Amazon Web Services state of the art servers. You benefit from a secure, well architected framework, safe in the knowledge that your data is backed up for 30 days.

Am I locked into a contract?

We will never lock you into a minimum term contract as we believe you’ll love our bespoke software solutions so much that, like our other customers, you won’t want to leave it all behind… If you do decide to go, we would be really sad but wish you well!  Simply let us know by email that you want to terminate.

Can you integrate with my accounting system?

Yes, we can seamlessly integrate your Workhorse business software application with Xero. Give your team the tools they need to do their job, Workhorse for all your operational requirements and Xero for you finances. No more compromise!

Is it easy to make changes if our business processes change?

Workhorse is made to grow with your business. We understand that processes and people change, and businesses grow. We’ll work with you to ensure that your Workhorse business software continues to support your activities and needs.

How do I cancel?

We’d be sad if you went but if Workhorse isn’t for you, simply cancel your plan via your account online, or via email to support.  Payments will cease as of your next payment.
